In my clinical practice, I see women with all sorts of conditions. It seems that every phase of a woman’s life comes with it’s own set of challenges (and amazing blessings). I see teenagers with menstrual irregularities and acne, early-millennials who need help with fertility, women with overwhelm, and consequential digestive/immune concerns. I also see peri-menopausal women with lively personalities but a body that seems to be crashing far too soon. And, there’s so much more.
But with each and every person, when I read her body language, feel her pulse, and listen to her voice, I see an inner spark ready to grow. Despite the challenges that we all go through, fortunately, the human body is brilliant and has its own resilient self healing capacity that we just need to recognize and tap into.
I believe that with practically any issue, there is a healing solution to be found that occurs naturally within the body under the right circumstances. In essence, you are your own best doctor. How awesome is that? 🌝
My passion to help women attain vibrant health is ongoing. Flourishing women make the world bloom into a better place. It’s a great honor to be a part of that.
This site is where I share my reflections, findings, and tips on natural health and beauty for every woman throughout all phases of her life. Whether we work together one-on-one in the clinic, or you enjoy my healthy-living journal, or your skin glows from my products—wherever you are in your goals to be your best self—hey, I’m glad you’re here!

I promise to follow the way of the Great Physician,
to live in harmony with nature,
and to teach my patients to do the same.
I will strive to maintain a clear mind,
and hold myself to the highest standards.
I shall look upon those who are in grief as though I myself have been afflicted,
and I will respond with empathy.
I shall develop an attitude of compassion, of benevolence,
and of care for all patients,
regardless of their particular circumstances.
I promise to perform my responsibilities carefully, thoughtfully,
and to the best of my ability.
Above all, I will maintain a peaceful presence and an open heart.
