I’m here to help you love the skin you’re in with radiant health
ABOUT DR. AÏCHA SEBAA
I’m Aïcha, a doctor of East Asian medicine. My childhood obsession with plants and nature lead to my love of medicinal botany and traditional herbal medicine. I am also an herbal skincare formulator and acupuncturist for women.
I take joy in: caring for the ladies whom I am fortunate to meet at my practice, curating botanical remedies, non-stop learning, and sharing the gems of natural medicine with you.
Other: Tea Lover, Cat Lady, INFJ, Daddy’s Girl, from a Family of Lions, Married to my BFF.
In my clinical practice, I see women with all sorts of conditions. It seems that every phase of a woman’s life comes with it’s own set of challenges (and amazing blessings). I see teenagers with menstrual irregularities and acne, early-millennials who need help with fertility, women with overwhelm, and consequential digestive/immune concerns. I also see peri-menopausal women with lively personalities but a body that seems to be crashing far too soon. And, there’s so much more.
But with each and every person, when I read her body language, feel her pulse, and listen to her voice, I see an inner spark ready to grow. Despite the challenges that we all go through, fortunately, the human body is brilliant and has its own resilient self healing capacity that we just need to recognize and tap into.
“Natural forces within us are the true healers of disease.” — Hippocrates, The Father of Medicine
“These pains you feel are messengers. Listen to them.” — Rumi
I believe that with practically any issue, there is a healing solution to be found that occurs naturally within the body under the right circumstances. In essence, you are your own best doctor. How awesome is that? 🌝
I tell my patients, “You are your best doctor because you know your body better than anyone else; I am only here as a detective to help you unravel your body’s potential healing opportunities…
…Remember this: Your body wants to heal. Now let’s work together to find the keys that will unlock the doors to every stage of your wellness journey.”
My passion to help women attain vibrant health is ongoing. Flourishing women make the world bloom into a better place. It’s a great honor to be a part of that.
“You say that you are just a body, but inside of you is something greater than the Universe.” — Imam Shafi
