We’re making this subscription low-frequency and very flexible.

Your subscription includes both seasonal iternation of ELIXIR—Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer (2 bottles a year). There’s no commitment; skip or cancel anytime. Additional bottles are also set to the subscriber rate as long as you are logged into your account and have an active subscription.

The intention is always to create skincare that adores your skin and aligns with nature’s wisdom.

What is the ELIXIR Seasonal Subscription?

ELIXIR is a seasonal line of freshly made facial oil serums that rotates at each equinox (March and September). A subscription ensures that you will receive one bottle per season (Fall/Winter and Spring/ Summer) with the first opening batch. You won’t miss a season of these beautiful skin-enriching formulas, and selling out sooner, as often happens, will not affect you. You also enjoy an exclusive discount per subscription order, among other perks. USA orders only.

How do I join?

Easy :)! Simply select the “Subscribe” option when you purchase your next ELIXIR. There are two options: Just Once and Subscribe. By selecting the second option, your subscriber discount will be automatically applied, and you’ll have an active account.

How often am I billed?

This is a low-frequency subscription—twice a year. We take the first payment upon subscribing, after which we move billing dates to the 15th of each equinox month (March and September). This gives us some time to make sure we have all the correct addresses and secure our subscriber count for priority shipment. You will receive a courtesy reminder a week before you are billed should you need to make any changes.

How do I update my billing information?

Simply log into your account under Payment Methods and securely update your information there.

What if my payment fails?

No problem. We’ll always let you know via email if there is an issue with your payment method.

Can I cancel at any time?

There is zero commitment to being a subscriber, so you’re free to drop us a message and/or cancel within your account at any time. Please note that if a billing cycle has already begun and your bottle is out for delivery, it would be too late to cancel that order. However, you are welcome to cancel the following order. Be sure to check your email, as we’ll be sure to send a courtesy reminder before you are billed.

You are also welcome to ‘skip’ a season ahead of your billing date in your account and/or message in to let us know that you want to miss out on the upcoming season.

Can I skip a season?

Seasonal subscribers for ELIXIR are welcome to skip a seasonal delivery. We also understand that you may wish to stick with one season and/or skip a season from time to time. Skipping a delivery will stop you from being charged for one season, and you will not receive that season’s bottle. Your subscription will then automatically re-activate the following season. You can easily skip a season by logging into your account, selecting your subscribed product, and clicking “Skip a Season” in your dashboard.

Can I buy an extra bottle outside of my season?

Yes! Your additional bottles are honored at the subscriber rate of up to 20% off each time. Simply be sure that you are logged in and select the Just Once option. Your special subscriber rate will be reflected at checkout as long as your subscription is active.

Can I purchase ELIXIR without a season?

Yes, our products are available to order without a subscription at the standard listed price. Special rates are offered to active subscribers.

Are subscriptions available internationally?

Currently, our subscriptions are only open to US-based orders. We’ll be sure to update you here when we’re able to open this offering to our international customers.

How do I change my delivery address?

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, all orders over $150 receive free delivery at drsebaa.co/.

When will I receive my order?

As a subscriber, you will receive your ELIXIR from the first procured batch. As of Fall 2023, shipments for ELIXIR Fall/Winter will begin by the first week of October, and shipments for ELIXIR Spring/Summer (2024 and beyond) will begin by the first week of April. This is about 15 days after your subscription billing cycle, as this gives us a bit of time to plan the final production numbers and make sure we have everyone’s correct address etc.

Where can I find my order status?

As soon as your order is ready to ship to you and is picked up by USPS, you’ll receive a unique tracking email sent to your account email address. Keep this link handy and refer to it for live transit updates.
